   Endangered Snow Leopard 

  As we know that day by day snow leopards are being hunted and killed down to supply illegal fur traders and for their bones which are ground to powder and used illegally used in traditional Asian medicines, for their bones and smokey grey fur coats.If this keeps going on snow leopards will eventually extinct and none fill be left on Earth they are mostly found in the high,rugged mountains of Central Asia. Their range extends through most countries like Afghanistan, Bhutan, China, India, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, New York and Pakistan.
The reports gives an estimate of 4,000 to 7,000 snow leopards left in the wild, there is a good chance the figure is closer to the lower end of that range and could be as low as 3,500 left!.The snow leopards were categorized as endangered  species by the TWCU- The World Conservation Union in 1972.
